The Tale of Blue Mahoe

Description

The Blue Mahoe (Hibiscus Elatus) is the national tree of Jamaica. It is indigenous to the island and grows quite rapidly, often attaining 20m (66ft) or more in height. In wetter districts it will grow in a wide range of elevations, up to 1200m (4000 ft.) and is often used in reforestation.

Our Chef is a native of the island just like the blue Mahoe tree, he is now a local to the emerald coast. He is taking  this opportunity to showcase his culinary skills & creativity  by making breakfast flavorful & exciting at Blue Mahoe.  The mission of the Blue Mahoe restaurant is to create a tropical Flavor  breakfast & lunch experience for every guest through a one of a kind flavor journey by utilizing the  freshest local seafood and produce to create mouth watering culinary inspired dishes.
